This morning it was a touch below zero (brrr) and I always wonder about the resilience of these tiny wee things.... How they actually survive the cold is nothing short of a natural miracle.
These cold Winter nights produce a long time span between feedings.... today I calculated that this period is up to 14 hours from the time I observe that last feeding Hummingbird at dusk till the 1st ones appear in the AM ... I am grateful every day to see the Young Prince and his clan... Have a Happy Weekend... TerryV
