Mr Bernie Forbes has been a real friend to me for decades and today I joined his family & Island friends to say ... safe travels, Bernie and one day will see you on the other side. I spoke to him very recently recently via telephone. With the help of his dear wife and family he was able to call most of his friends and bid them farewell. Thats something one doesn't always have the chance to do . Todays blog is Dedicated to this Great man who spent his life observing nature and working tirelessly to ensure that there will always be places for waterfowl and many other creatures to nest and raise their young in Saskatchewan. Thank you, Bernie for being a true and dear friend.. WOW.. After what seems days of deluges of H2O .. This morning gave us some lovely sun, clouds and Light! These images from the Michell Farm on Island View and Pat Bay highway! The perfect place to stock up on ymmmy local grown produce!!!!!  Finally getting sorted out again after a month or so of preparing for and finally getting through the Studio Tour at the MUSE Winery in North Saanich! We really appreciated the wonderful turnout and support! Thank you so much for coming to visit us there and for your kind words and helpful comments! My next public show will be from November 26 to december 10 at Alexanders Coffee on Beacon Ave. in Sidney! Below are a couple shots from close to home taken this morning. Felt great to pick up a camera again after a few weeks of being busy with the show! All the very best.... Terry PS ..
