Jewel in the wind

This afternoon, this little Anna's Hummingbird was  hunkered down out of the wind that came up suddenly and sat right in front of my window.
I had no choice but to immediately stop working.. :) ...  and try to capture his portrait.  Fresh summer/fall feathers  and a glint of sunlight  create a  dynamic, diminutive display!    Happy Aug 5/2015 ... terry
